    All jewellery sold by Shree Maa Jewellers is made with genuine gold, silver, and certified diamonds. Purity and quality standards are maintained as per industry norms.

  2. Pricing Policy----

Gold and silver jewellery prices are based on the prevailing market rate on the date of purchas
Making charges and applicable taxes will be charged extra unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  1. Order & Custom Jewellery

Advance payment is required for custom-made or special orders.
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be allowed.
Delivery timelines for custom orders may vary depending on design complexity.

  1. Payment Terms
    We accept payments via Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfer.
    Full payment must be completed before delivery of jewellery.

  2. Exchange Policy

Jewellery can be exchanged subject to verification of purity and condition.
Making charges and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchange value will be calculated based on current market rates.

  1. Return Policy

Sold jewellery is generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of purchase.

  1. Buyback Policy

Buyback is available only for jewellery purchased from Shree Maa Jewellers.
Original bill must be produced for buyback.
Buyback value will be calculated as per the current market rate after applicable deductions.

  1. Product Weight
    Jewellery weight mentioned in the invoice includes net gold/silver weight and excludes stones unless specified.

  2. Repair & Maintenance
    Minor repairs may be provided at nominal charges depending on the work required.

  3. Certification
    Diamond jewellery certification (if applicable) will be provided by recognized laboratories where mentioned.

  4. Loss or Damage
    Shree Maa Jewellers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage after delivery of the product.

  5. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
